Our 135 acre campus is one aspect of Royal Holloway which really sets us apart from other colleges of the University of London. There are a range of facilities and services available to staff to enhance the quality of working life.
The National Westminster Bank has a branch on campus offering 24 hour access to your account, telephone and on-line banking. Other major banks and building societies have branches nearby.
The campus bookshop can assist with an excellent range of academic and non-academic books, and will order books not in stock. It is normally open Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
The College Bus Service runs between the main Campus and Kingswood and also between Egham Station, the main Campus and Huntersdale. Tickets cannot be bought on the bus but must be purchased in advance - singly or in blocks for a week or a term of regular commuting. Tickets are readily available from the College Shop, Athlone and Kingswood receptions and from the ticket office at Egham Railway Station.
The bus service is reduced at weekends, and during vacations, and there is no service during the summer vacation (except Graduation Days). Staff must display a valid parking permit in their car windscreen to park on campus. Permits are available from the Security Office in Founder's East.
The Chaplaincy exists to be of assistance to all College staff and students (of any religious persuasion or none) in any way that it can; the Chaplaincy Office is located in Founder's Building. The Chapel is used for daily worship and services are open to everyone; it is fully ecumenical, and there are three Chaplains covering the Anglican, Catholic and Free Church denominations. There is also a Muslim prayer room on campus.
The College Shop sells groceries, sandwiches, snacks, newspapers and magazines, cards, gifts and memorabilia. Open 8.30am-10pm Mon-Fri, and 9.30am-5pm weekends (shorter times during vacations)
The Computer Centre offers Information Technology Courses throughout the year, and details of these are advertised in regular Staff Training leaflets.
There are numerous places to eat and drink on campus and between them they offer considerable variety. All Hall dining facilities are open to resident and non-resident students, staff and visitors. The main staff dining hall is the SCR, located on the first floor of Founder's East. All dining halls are managed by Facilities Management.

Located at Founder's reception, the Health & Safety Office exists to provide such advice, assistance and involvement, at operational and strategic levels, as is necessary to ensure the health and safety standards to which the College is committed, are met.
The Library stocks 500,000 volumes and subscribes to 1,700 periodicals. The stock is housed in three libraries on campus - Founder's Library, the Bedford Library and the Music Library. Staff are welcome to join and take advantage of the library services.

Located at Founder's East main reception, the Security Office provides security across the campus, directions for visitors, car parking management and lost property recovery.
