Royal Holloway, University of London is offering generous scholarships to international students who wish to pursue a bachelor or masters degree in 2008/09. The International Excellence Scholarships are administered by Royal Holloway International and are available to all students classified as “overseas” for fees purposes.

- Royal Holloway, University of London International Excellence Scholarship
17 scholarships for £4,000 each for international students from anywhere around the world
- Royal Holloway, University of London International Excellence Scholarship (India)
3 scholarships for £4,000 each for international students from India
- Santander-Abbey International Excellence Scholarship
7 scholarships for £5,000 each for students domiciled in one of the following countries: - Argentina
- Brazil
- Chile
- Colombia
- Mexico
- Peru
- Portugal
- Puerto Rico
- Spain
- Uruguay
- Venezuela
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants for the Royal Holloway International Excellence Scholarship and Royal Holloway International Excellence Scholarship (India) must hold an offer from Royal Holloway for a bachelor or masters programme for 2008/09 entry. All subjects are eligible.
- Applicants for Santander-Abbey International Excellence Scholarship must hold an offer from Royal Holloway for a masters programme for 2008/09 entry. All subjects are eligible.
- Awards are made on the basis of outstanding academic achievement or potential
- All non-native English speakers are required to have a high level of competence in English, at a level normally equivalent to IELTS 7.0 overall with a sub-score of 6.5 in writing
- Funding is available for one year

Award Notification
Decisions will be announced by the end of May for the Royal Holloway International Excellence Scholarship, and by the end of July for the Royal Holloway International Excellence Scholarship (India) and Santander-Abbey International Excellence Scholarship.
