Staff Session Index

To book on a session, simply click on the session you want to book from the list below. The session outline and the available dates/times display. Click on the date you wish to attend. The screen changes and you will be asked to enter the username for the person you want to book on the session. Once you have entered the username click on the Find User button to confirm that you have entered the correct username. Finally, click on the Book button to complete your booking.

  • Session dates and times which are fully booked will display as inactive links.
  • We reserve the right to close any session which has insufficient bookings.
  • Please do not abuse this system, if you cannot attend a booked session please cancel it.

ST010 New Staff IT Induction

This session will inform you of a range of IT issues that are specific to the College that you need to know. The areas covered include:
  • An overview of the College’s IT people and facilities
  • How to access key Network resources including the College Intranet
  • The use of College email, including accessing your account away from Campus, and Email Best Practice
  • An overview of security issues such as Virus Control, software licences and laptop use
  • Details of our Staff IT Training Programme
