If you are using a machine which has Windows XP as its operating system, and you are prompted for your username AND password, you will need to enter cc\ in front of your username in the panel provided, as shown. Then enter your password into the password panel:

If you are using a machine which uses Windows 98, ME or 2000 then you will get a three box login. Enter your username and password in the provided panels and ensure that you enter CC into the Domain panel, as shown:
