Research Interests

Managing the growing complexity of technology and information infrastructures in the context of service systems:

• IT governance supported by model driven approaches;
• Modelling performance management;
• Evaluation and decision models for enterprise resource planning systems;
• Business process management and service oriented architectures for adaptive enterprises;
• Small business development in the ICT sector (the IT service providers).

Recent Research-related Activities

• Visiting Scholar to the Vienna University of Economics and B.A. in December 2008 to facilitate the development of funded research in the area of “Tool-oriented and intuitive Multi-criteria Decision making”.
