The Centre for Research into Sustainability

The Centre for Research into Sustainability (CRIS) is the focal point for sustainability research within Royal Holloway, University of London. CRIS is a joint initiative between the highly respected School of Management and renowned Department of Geography. Interdisciplinary in nature, CRIS combines differing and complementary approaches to sustainability to offer a rounded contribution to understanding this complex contemporary phenomenon.

An important aspect of CRIS is the innovative and successful MSc in Sustainability and Management.

Our purpose is to support and encourage top quality research into sustainability primarily within Royal Holloway but ultimately further afield. We seek to achieve an international profile for innovative and far reaching interdisciplinary research. This website is a portal to the sustainability activities at Royal Holloway, University of London.
