Year 3

Period of Residence Abroad for all Single Honours, Major Italian and Joint Honours students. Depending on degree programme, all or part of the year may be spent in Italy studying at a university, working as a language assistant, or in other approved employment. Students on other programmes (such as Multilingual Studies) may also opt to spend all or part of their PRA in Italy.

Joint Honours final-year students may choose to write a Link Essay of 3,000-5,000 words on an approved topic linking their two subjects.
