The School of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures currently offers one major taught Masters Programme, in Holocaust Studies, and participates in a further taught MA run by the History Department.

MA Holocaust Studies

This MA runs under the auspices of the Research Centre for the Holocaust and Twentieth-Century History, which is based in the German Department. The Programme Director is Professor Peter Longerich (German Department), and the MA is taught by staff from several different Royal Holloway Departments, including English, Media Arts, Italian and History. The Core Course is taught in the Wiener Library in Central London; Option Courses are taught at Royal Holloway. Inquiries should be directed to Ann Hobbs (Research Administrator).

MA in History, Literature and Culture 1450-1750

This new MA programme, introduced in September 2007, brings together a wide and distinguished group of tutors, and a broad range of options, to enable students to choose among the fields of English and European history, literature and society. MA in History, Literature and Culture 1450-1750.
