All of our first year students (whether they are doing single honours in Politics or joint honours in Politics and International Relations) complete a common package of courses to qualify them for entry to the second year of our programmes.  This consists of separate introductions to Politics & International Relations, a course that is relevant to both and a fourth course that deals with the the issue of globalisation.

Those doing joint degrees in either Politics or International Relations and subjects in other departments will have a package of four courses designed specifically around their particular needs.  This will be agreed on arrival at the College during registration.
