Employers can upload vacancies and manage their contact details:

How do I log in?

Your username is set as this format of your email:

acbd123@live.rhul.ac.uk   e.g. your Royal Holloway username         @live.rhul.ac.uk

This may be a different format to the Royal Holloway email address you regularly use so do ensure you're using the correct username.

The password should have been sent to you when your details were downloaded and will not be the same as your Royal Holloway password (it can however be reset to your own preference) if you are unsure about this either use the "Reset Password" link on the log-in page to have your password emailed to you when logging in for the first time or contact the Careers Service on 01784 443073 or by email |

Similarly if your email address as detailed above isn't  recognised use the contact details above immediately so that we can create an account for you to enable you to log-in to My Careers Service and register for events - DO NOT REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT THROUGH THE LOG-IN PAGE

How do I use it?

JobAlert: Use "My Account/My Profile" in the toolbar to check your personal profile details and edit/update where necessary. You should then add Skills and Job Industry Preferences and select "yes" to receive "JobAlerts" to benefit from the JobAlert! service.

You can also change/update your contact details, the email for correspondence, your password etc

Event Bookings: All events run or hosted by RHUL Careers Service will be advertised on our Event Listings|. When booking/registration for each event opens, you can log in to My Careers Service and use the Calendar to see details of bookable events and register. Use the same calendar to check details of bookings or to cancel event bookings if you're later unable to attend.

Why can't I book 1-1 advice?

At this time My Careers Service is only being used to manage Event bookings using the Calendar function and your JobAlert! preferences so do not try to use the "Make Appointment" link or any other functions on the system.

GradClub Members

GradClub| members who wish to attend events will also use a "My Careers Service" account but we will need to update your old student account to include your GradClub membership details. Please contact us| to with your GradClub membership details so we can update your account from student to GradClub member. As above, DO NOT REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT THROUGH THE LOG-IN PAGE.
