Welcome

The Department of Computer Science at Royal Holloway, University of London is an international centre of excellence in research and teaching. Medium-sized and friendly with a strong research expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Theory of Computing and Bioinformatics, we offer an innovative and up-to-date teaching programme. Our courses combine theoretical and mathematical analysis, practical work that involves programming of computers and robots, and the study of particular application areas.

Good news for the department: the College has recently decided to invest in Computer Science, and we are advertising for three new members of academic staff| . We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues, whose expertise will further expand the range of our research and teaching.
