Management Services

The Management Services division provides support services to the College and to the Facilities Management department.

The division is responsible for:

• Managing FM’s £24m recurrent budget and Capital Projects totalling £100m  and the administration of the RCS Account / College Card
• Environmental Health including fire, health and safety and food hygiene
• Human Resources
• Purchasing including Energy Tenders & consortia agreements
• Sustainability and Fairtrade
• Strategic Space Management & Property Asset Management including leases
• Statutory, departmental and vocational training
• Support administration including the management of maintenance and new works requests
• Claiming Capital Grants from HEFCE for SRIF & PC Rounds, Additional Research Funding and the SDF (£16m)
