Rubbish is a growing problem- we produce more and more waste every year as a result of:

• A greater reliance on convenience food
• Increasing wealth , leading to greater consumption of goods
• Population growth

The best thing is to reduce the amount of waste we each produce. Reducing your waste means that you will be using fewer natural resources, less energy and saving landfill space. If you can’t reduce your waste try and reuse items to stop them becoming waste.
