This extensive redevelopment project provides new accommodation, catering, social and reception areas.

This project has replaced some of the existing buildings with 466 en-suite bedrooms. Finishing work is currently taking place ready for start of session 2007.

The Hub
Catering and social facilities refurbishment
An extensive refurbishment project has taken place encompassing
the Dining Hall and Times Square. The new Hub is a modern and
flexible space that meets the demands students, staff and conference
clients.
Reception area and guest accommodation
The reception area has been revamped and the bedrooms transformed
into en-suite guest accommodation. There are 10 standard single
bedded rooms, 9 double bedded deluxe rooms and 4 executive rooms.
There is also disabled access to a ground floor suite.
The rooms all have an en-suite shower or bathrooms and are fitted
with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and telephones.
