Continuing Professional Development [CPD] is the ongoing process of acquiring and updating work related and personal knowledge and skills throughout professional life.

From a half day seminar to a full postgraduate degree, CPD is the process by which individuals keep up to date with changing demands in their chosen field and so realise their full potential.
