Innovation and Growth Team logoRoyal Holloway is proud to be a founder member and partner of the West Surrey and North East Hampshire Innovation and Growth Team| (IGT).

With funding from SEEDA, Royal Holloway and the other partners, the IGT provides business support which is designed to have a tangible and positive impact on companies in the region. The IGT also provides business support to some of the new businesses based in Royal Holloway's Enterprise Centre|.

The team offers advice, tailored support, and facilitates networking and business collaboration.
With over 200 years of collective business experience, members of the IGT have worked at senior levels across many market sectors and includes former CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and entrepreneurs with experience working for companies such IBM, Toshiba, British Steel, Deloites, Ernst and Young, Corus, Evotec, Zeneca and Retail Decisions.

As well as having specific expertise in incubating, growing and managing businesses, the team also has extensive sector experience spanning IT, telecommunications, new media, central and local government, aerospace, defence, medical, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, agriculture and retail.
