Complaints procedure
Royal Holloway is committed to operating fair procedures for investigating and responding to students' complaints.
The College has set out complaints procedures which are intended to deal with circumstances in which, as a result of a student's experience at Royal Holloway, s/he has a complaint about the College's provision of services or facilities.

A complaints form can be printed out from this document. Copies of complaints forms can also be obtained from all departmental offices, the Registry, the College Secretary's Office, the Head of Student Services Office and the Students' Union.
