Courses for skills in Management can be found below. Click on each link for more information on the course content.

Coaching Skills for Managers|:
This one day course advises on how to put coaching skills to use in the workplace.

ILM Endorsed Development Programme in First Line Management|:
This qualification is aimed at members of staff who are likely to become first line managers (team leaders or supervisors) or who are already in post but have had little or no formal training.

This programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. The course of study comprises 6 one-day modules spread over a period of 6 months and is delivered on-campus by an external consultant. 

ILM Endorsed Middle Management Programme|:
This is a programme that provides an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the middle manager. If you are a middle manager with little or no formal training you can benefit particularly from this programme, which provides an ideal start to your future ongoing development.

The programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. It consists of seven one-day modules spread over seven months and will be delivered on-site by an external consultant.
