Royal Holloway understands that looking after our staff is at the core of providing students the best experience here at the University. The Staff Development Team are in place to guide and support staff members throughout their employment to achieve their full potential.

The Staff Development area of the website consists of a number of documents, programmes and training aides to assist in overall staff development during your time with the College. To find out more about all of the courses available please click here|.

The Summer Term Programme| is full of opportunities for staff, offering courses on a wide range of topics. If you would like to take part in any of the courses, please ensure that you have the permission of your line manager before booking a place.

New: HR Bite-size - a selection of short, interactive workshops that have been designed to provide a brief overview of prevailing legislation and College policies. Please see the Summer Term Programme for details.
