Staff email accounts
All staff email accounts are provided using the Office365 system.
The standard mailbox size is now 50Gb. This increase in size removes the need for email archiving and reduces the need for deleting potentially useful items.
Staff have been using Office 2010, and therefore Outlook 2010, on college PC's from the 6th May 2013. This software rollout is due to the expiry of Microsoft support for Office 2007.

Setting up your email profile at home is easier than ever with Outlook 2007 and above using the auto discover service – just put in your email address and password and Outlook will do the rest!
Off Campus access
You can access your Royal Holloway email from anywhere on the internet via webmail at http://mail.rhul.ac.uk
