Alumni Conference

From 2008, the Information Security Group has held a biannual information security conference for its alumni. These events are only open to ISG alumni and only feature speakers who are associated with the ISG (either ISG staff or ISG alumni). The success of these events only go to reinforce the power and sophistication of ISG in alumni in the world of security.

The programme typically lasts two and a half days and covers the full range of information security topics, from penetration testing to security education.

The 2012 ISG Alumni Conference| took place between the 25th and 27th June 2012 and coincided with the twentieth anniversary of the MSc programme.The next ISG Alumni Conference is expected to take place in June 2014.
