Log a call

If you have a technical problem but can access the internet, log a call via itservicedesk.rhul.ac.uk| using your College login details.

Email us

Send a description of your problem with relevant contact details to itservicedesk@rhul.ac.uk|.

The call will be automatically logged in our Service Desk system and you will be issued with a reference number. Our staff monitor the system from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and will respond as soon as possible.

By phone

Between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday the IT Service Desk can be called on (01784) 41 4321. If you are dialling from the College campus just use extension 4321.

There is a telephone in the Computer Centre foyer.

For IT Services administrative queries please call the departmental office on (01784 44) 3166.
