Open Access at Royal Holloway
The Academic Board at Royal Holloway formally endorsed an Open Access Publications Policy| for the College in December 2009. This Policy requires researchers to submit a version of their research into the College's Institutional Repository, Royal Holloway Research Online|, from the 1 September 2010. In submitting an item, researchers are assigning to the College certain non-exclusive rights as outlined in the Royal Holloway deposit licence|.
Reporting to Research Committee, the Open Access Publications Policy Advisory Group (OAPPAG) chaired by the Vice Principal (Research, Communications and Enterprise), has been established to oversee the implementation and evolution of the policy.
