There will be no charges for printing or photocopying on campus for the 1st two weeks of the Spring term ( 10th January – 23rd January 2011). This is in recognition of the difficulties that students experienced when printing in the Library last term. After discussions and troubleshooting with the suppliers, we now believe that this problem has been resolved but this did take longer than anyone would have wished. We know how frustrating this was for everyone and we thank you for your patience while the problems were resolved.
