Childcare Vouchers - Accor Services has changed its group name to Edenred

Our Childcare Voucher provider Accor Services is changing its group name to Edenred from the 30th June 2010. This follows a plan of integration over the past two years of Accor Services and its two subsidiaries - Capital Incentives & Motivation Ltd and Motivano Ltd.

As a result, the provider will be in a stronger position than ever before to respond to the changing needs and requirements of working parents and childcare providers with greater relevance, increased speed and a real commitment to collaboration and innovation today and in the future.

What does it mean for you?

• 
  Accessing your childcare voucher account - www.childcarevouchers.co.uk will not be changing so if you receive electronic childcare vouchers, you can continue to access your account with your existing Membership Number.
• 
  Paying your childcare provider - Childcare providers will keep their existing Childcare Vouchers Account Number beginning with a P so you can continue to pay them with electronic childcare vouchers.
• 
  Paying with paper vouchers – Accor Services has notified childcare providers that they can continue to accept paper Childcare Vouchers which show the Accor Services name and logo.
