Dr Simon Reynolds is the Science Outreach Officer in charge of Physics outreach here at Royal Holloway. He graduated from Imperial College London in 2005 with an MSci in Physics (with a Year in Europe). He then did a PhD in Astronomy at the University of Edinburgh, running computer simulations of the intergalactic medium (IGM) - the gas in-between galaxies.
