Advanced Working Groups

The Hubbard Theory Consortium| runs a regular series (once or twice a year) of small focused workshops (Advanced Working Groups, AWG) designed to bring together theorists and experimentalists interested in discussing open questions and latest results in selected topical areas of research.

The Advanced Working Groups (AWG) typically involve a limited number of invited participants (about 25/30 in total) and they are structured around a few overview talks. These talks are intended not to present one's own work only but rather to discuss the state of the art of the field and highlight interesting issues and open questions. The overview talks are complemented by optional short presentations that participants can contribute, presenting latest results, ongoing research or further questions of relevance to the field. An integral part of the workshop are extended chaired discussion periods.

Suggestions for future themes for an AWG are welcome at all times; please contact Claudio Castelnovo| or any other member of the Hubbard Theory Consortium|.
