Student Data Reporting Requests

In order to streamline reporting requests and to enable us to schedule reports that are needed by members of the College we have put together the Web based Student Data Reporting Request Form.

It is our hope that you will find this page useful and informative and that you will find the form a more efficient means of requesting data from us. We also hope it will enable us to meet your requirements in an efficient and timely manner.

To make the whole process easier, please consider the following suggestions:

• Have you had a look on the Strategic Development Website? They have a great deal of data ready to download.
• In order to give you exactly what you need we do need some warning and a clear idea of the data you're going to require and if you can let us know what it's going to be used for we can tailor your report even more.
• Don't be afraid to ask us for help... if you know you've got to get a report out but you're not sure how to fulfil the data requirements, let us know what you want to do and we'll call you and talk through it with you.
