The Admissions Office functions as the first point of contact for all applicants, undergraduate and postgraduate, once they have applied for a course at Royal Holloway, University of London. From advising prospective applicants, their teachers, friends and family, to processing and communicating decisions to applicants, the team is happy to advise at any point during the academic cycle.
The Admissions Office opening hours are 9 to 5 inclusive. Should you be unable to find the answer to your question on our FAQs sheet, which is full of responses to typical questions raised by our applicants, please feel free to contact the relevant member of the Admissions team.

In addition to heading the team, Karl is the main point of contact for fee status queries.
Simon is the main point of contact for International Students who need additional help with their application. He liaises with Royal Holloway International and the International Student Support Officer in order to ensure a smooth application process and transition to enrolled student for International Applicants.
Jenifer works closely with Royal Holloway International and is the main point of contact for admissions queries relating to Visiting Students: Erasmus Students, International Exchange Students, Study Abroad Students, Study Abroad Masters Students, Study Abroad Research Students, and Guest Research Students.
