Taster Days

Taster Days

The Department of Geography is committed to inspiring the next generation of geographers through a wide programme of activities every year.

We run a series of taster days each year for students to become acquainted with our department.

They are free to attend and they are of particular interest for Year 12 and Year 13 students who are considering studying Geography at University.

For 2022 we hosted two Taster Days, one on 29th March and one on 5th July online via Zoom, and these were free to attend.

Visit this page again to find out more about upcoming taster lectures featuring the research of our staff, and have the opportunity to take part in a mock climate summit.
