CRGR - Annual Postgraduate Symposium
on Performance of Ancient Drama
Every year since 2001, postgraduates at RHUL have organised a joint conference on the performance reception of Greek and Roman Drama with the Archive of Performances of Greek & Roman Drama at Oxford (http://www.apgrd.ox.ac.uk/events.htm). Originally based within the Drama Department, the RHUL end of the arrangements have been under the aegis of the CRGR since it opened in 2007, and students from both the Drama and the Classics departments participate.
The symposia are open to all students and other interested people. Calls for papers are circulated annually.

2008: 8th Symposium, 17th to 18th June, Violence
2009: 9th Symposium, 22nd to 23rd June, Truth Secrets, and Lies
2010: 10th Symposium, 21st to 22nd June 2010, Revelry, Rhythm and Blues
2011: 11th Symposium, 27th to 28th June 2011, Journeys
