Step by Step Guide to Applying for Student Housing

We strongly recommend you use the browser Internet Explorer. 

1.  Click on link to 'Apply Online| '.

2.  At the logon screen first time users will need to 'Register| to create an account on the Student Housing System.

3.  You will receive an acknowledgement email which will give you a 'Validation Code.

4.  After you have registered, the first time you 'Logon' to the Student Housing System, you will need enter the 'Validation Code'.

5.  Next, select 'Application' from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

6.  Click on ' Create New Application'.

7.  Follow instructions to choose:  'Academic Session', 'Type of Student' & 'Type of Application'

8.  Select 'Accommodation Preferences':- Hall, contract length, price category & accommodation type. Note: You must complete all choices, which may require you to choose the same 'Hall' but a different 'Accommodation Type'.

9.   Answer 'All' questions on the 'Personal Preferences' page.

10. You can now view the 'Summary of your Application' and 'Save it'.

11. You are now ready to 'Submit' your application or choose to submit later. In order to submit you must accept the 'Terms and Conditions' by clicking in the relevant check box.

12. After submitting your application:

a) Students who are not required to pay an 'Application Fee' have now completed their application and will receive a Confirmation Email.

b) Students who are required to pay an 'Application Fee' are now required to click on the 'Process Payment' button to complete the submission and pay the fee via the epay system. You will receive a confirmation email.
