Full time postgraduate tuition fees for academic year 2013-14

We charge an annual fee for all postgraduate taught courses. You can find tuition fees for postgraduate research courses in the postgraduate research degrees| section.

The fees listed below are given by faculty and department and vary depending on whether you’re considered to be an UK/EU or international student.

The fees listed below are for the academic year 2013-14. Part-time tuition fees are approximately half the full-time fee.

*All postgraduate research fees are provisional and subject to inflationary increase in accordance with the Research Council UK guidelines

Will I pay the UK/EU or international fee?

The UK government sets guidelines on who is eligible to pay the UK/EU fees, while the UK Council for International Student Advice provides information on which students qualify for lower fees.

Please note that possessing a UK or EU passport doesn’t automatically qualify you for the UK/EU fees as other residence requirements can apply.

When you apply to Royal Holloway, a provisional decision is made on your fee status based on the information you provide on your application. This status will be communicated to you if you’re made an offer. Use the Campus Connect status checker| to see your decision.

If you disagree with our assessment, you can complete a fee assessment questionnaire and return it to the Admissions Office with supporting documentation. A trained member of Admissions staff will then re-assess your fee status based on the information on the fee assessment questionnaire.
