Mature Students' Open Day

We recognise that the needs and questions for the mature student are different to those of a traditional undergraduate entrant. It is with this in mind that we are offering a mature students’ open day. The event is very informal and gives you a chance to speak to and ask questions of academics, staff and current mature student undergraduates.

The Arts building foyer will be used as the central hub where you can speak to academics about subject specific queries, staff about admissions or finance, or simply just have a cup of tea and a biscuit. There will also be a number of current mature students who will be more than willing to share their experiences and offer advice – they will, after all, be the best people to speak to about your concerns about entering higher education.

You will also have the opportunity to attend our Welcome to Royal Holloway and advice for mature students talk, which is an ideal way to find out more about the application process, finance and where to get further information and support.
