The safety form can be filled out using Microsoft Word, saved and emailed to your course tutor who can then check it and forward it on to the Bookings & Locations Office. This will let us know that your course tutor has agreed to allow you to use equipment for that location. You MUST remember that you still have to go to the Booking & Locations Room to actually book the equipment at least one session before you wish to take the equipment out (though, during busy periods, you should book earlier).
